Los Angeles, CA (October 25, 2023) – On Wednesday morning, fire crews working on a blaze at a local residence in South Los Angeles discovered a deceased victim.
At 10:20 a.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department received a call about a house fire at 1210 East 35th Street in the Central-Alameda district.
About 25 minutes later, the battle had spread to the attic, but a male was found in the room thought to be the origin of the flames and was “beyond medical help and determined deceased on scene,” according to an LAFD report.
Thirty firemen worked for roughly 35 minutes to put out the fire.
The Los Angeles Fire Department’s arson unit is still investigating, and the man’s identity remains unknown.
