San Diego, CA (February 24, 2025) – Two men were struck by a car on Sunday night, February 23, in a pedestrian accident at Sixth Avenue and G Street in the Gaslamp Quarter area of downtown San Diego.
A driver in a black Mercedes Benz sedan hit the two men in a crosswalk at the intersection in front of the Cielo Rooftop Lounge, according to a report by authorities. Paramedics responded and transported both men to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries from the collision. The male driver and his passenger stopped and cooperated with authorities at the scene. That said, an inquiry into the cause of the collision is still ongoing, and witnesses were asked to step forward. We wish a swift and complete recovery to all the wounded individuals.
