Pomona, CA (October 7, 2023) – A multi-vehicle accident on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway in Pomona resulted in the death of a woman and the injuries of two small children on Friday, October 6.
At 12:30 a.m., members of the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene of the crash at Fairplex Drive from the westbound highway.
Medical personnel declared the woman deceased shortly thereafter. The two children, ages 5 and 3, were rushed to the hospital.
All westbound lanes of the motorway were shut down while the CHP investigated the collision.
