Victorville, CA (January 12, 2025) – A man and woman from Adelanto were killed in a collision between their motorcycle and a car in Victorville on Saturday, January 11, officials said.
The deadly crash took place at about 3:30 p.m. at Air Expressway and Nevada Avenue, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. In a written statement, the sheriff’s department said that first responders arrived to find a wreck involving a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a Volkswagen Passat. Both victims on the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the site.
The driver of the Volkswagen was taken to a hospital for treatment. However, the extent of the driver’s injuries was not clear. No further details were available regarding the circumstances of the collision, which were being investigated by the Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team.
