San Diego, CA (April 9, 2024) – Authorities stated on Sunday that two persons were killed in a collision in National City.
One person lost control of their car and hit two other vehicles in the 1600 block of D Avenue, close to Kimball Park, at around 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, according to the National City Police Department. The National City Fire Department said that two victims were declared deceased at the site. It was unclear whether alcohol or drugs had a role in the incident, but an investigation is ongoing.
