San Diego, CA (June 20, 2024) – A serious car accident in Del Mar has resulted in felony charges for a woman involved in the fatal incident earlier this week.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred late Tuesday evening, just before midnight, on the 2000 block of Coast Boulevard. Deputies from the North Coastal Sheriff’s Station arrived to discover that a 2019 Maserati Gran Turismo had collided with a Dodge Ram. A 62-year-old man, who was a passenger in one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the hospital, despite receiving immediate life-saving measures. However, no further details were released, and an inquiry is underway to determine what caused the accident.
