Los Angeles, CA (November 13, 2023) – Moments after LAPD officers called off a chase on Monday morning, the suspect car crashed into a house in the Jefferson Park area of South LA and caught fire.
The suspect vehicle missed a turn at Ninth Avenue and Obama Boulevard. After crashing through a fence and into a home, the car caught fire. Los Angeles Fire Rescue rushed to the scene to put out the blaze and EMTs evaluated four victims for injuries.
The cause of the accident is unknown, but an investigation is ongoing.
