Los Angeles, CA (March 18, 2024) – The identity of a 25-year-old woman who was killed in a traffic collision in North Hollywood was released by the Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner on Monday.
Emily Gonzales, a resident of Sun Valley, lost her life in the collision that occurred at the intersection of Tujunga Boulevard and Sherman Way at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Saturday. Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department were dispatched to the site and declared the driver deceased upon arrival. The driver of the second vehicle, according to the police, remained at the site in order to cooperate with officers. An investigation into the collision’s cause was still in progress.
