Los Angeles, CA (October 18, 2023) – The motorist who hit a 12-year-old girl on her way to school in Orange County and didn’t stop is still at large.
The incident occurred at 8:00 a.m. on a Wednesday near the intersection of McFadden Avenue and Gates Street in Santa Ana when the girl was reportedly hit.
Authorities said the child was crossing McFadden when she was struck by a vehicle that drove off.
Santa Ana police said the car is in the “low-rider” type and has a black bumper. No further details were released, but an investigation is ongoing.
