Julian, CA (May 27, 2026) – On Monday morning, May 25, a head-on collision along Pine Hills Road was followed by a vehicle fire in a rural area southwest of Julian, and it left one person dead and four others hurt. The crash occurred south of State Route 79.
One person was pronounced dead when emergency units arrived. Three others were hospitalized in critical condition, and a fourth suffered moderate injuries.
