San Jacinto, CA (January 27, 2026) – A deadly two-vehicle crash left one driver dead at a busy San Jacinto intersection. Emergency units responded shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27.
Reports showed the crash happened at the intersection of Warren Rd and Ramona Expy. Two vehicles suffered heavy damage at the scene. Neighbors watched as emergency crews worked to help the people inside.
First responders found one person trapped inside a damaged vehicle. Crews freed the injured driver and rushed the person to a local hospital. Hospital staff listed the driver in critical condition.
