San Diego, CA (August 12, 2024) – A 25-year-old man was ejected from a motorcycle and killed, and his female passenger lost a leg after a crash in San Diego early Saturday, authorities said.
At about 12:45 a.m., officers say the incident occurred near 6200 Imperial Avenue. According to the San Diego Police Department, the motorcyclist and his passenger were ejected in the crash. The operator was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger lost her left leg and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, and police say her injuries were life-threatening.
