San Diego, CA (January 7, 2025) – According to officers with the Chula Vista Police Department, a crash sent at least five people, including several children, to the hospital on Monday evening, January 6.
A car and a pickup truck collided on H Street, just across the 805 Freeway, around 11:00 p.m. The crash closed down westbound lanes as first responders cleared the wreckage. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash. It’s unclear how the collision occurred, though no further information was immediately available. An investigation is still ongoing.
