San Diego, CA (June 7, 2025) – Authorities with the California Highway Patrol responded on June 7 to a reported fatal incident along the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near South Las Pulgas Road, close to Camp Pendleton.
The collision was initially reported at approximately 12:44 p.m., according to the CHP’s online incident log. While details remain limited, officials have confirmed that the incident resulted in at least one fatality.
