Lemon Grove, CA (October 1, 2024) – A fatality was reported just before 12:30 a.m. on Monday, September 30, when the driver of a passenger vehicle rear-ended a motorcycle at high speed on eastbound State Route 94 near College Avenue in Lemon Grove.
The rider of the two-wheeler, 47-year-old John Nealis of El Cajon, was ejected onto the freeway and died at the scene, according to the medical examiner.
