San Diego, CA (May 30, 2024) – A driver was killed after a semi-truck crash took place on westbound Interstate 8 on Thursday morning, May 30, authorities stated in their initial reports released after the incident.
All lanes were blocked on I-8 for several hours after the officers’ response to the site, causing major traffic gridlock in the area near Mission Valley.
