Los Angeles, CA (March 25, 2024) – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 10:30 p.m. in the 13500 block of West Gager Street and upon arrival, located heavy flames shooting through the roof a detached garage in the rear of residential property.
Firefighters used forcible entry to open up the front of the garage and located a 39-year-old woman with burns who was in serious condition. During the interior search of the structure, firefighters located a deceased 60-year-old woman. No further details have been provided in the interim, however, and an investigation is still ongoing.
