What Evidence To Collect After a Crash in Los Angeles
After a crash in Los Angeles, key evidence often includes photos of the scene, vehicle damage, traffic signals, and road conditions. Drivers also benefit from collecting witness contact details, insurance information, and copies of police reports. Medical records and treatment notes also help document injuries connected to the accident.
A Los Angeles car accident attorney can review these records and explain how documentation may support an insurance claim. A lawyer can examine police reports, medical files, photos, and witness statements to understand how a collision occurred.
