What Evidence To Collect After a Crash in California

After a crash in California, collect photos, witness contact details, insurance information, medical records, and a copy of the police report. Strong evidence helps support an insurance claim and clarifies what happened.

Take clear photos of vehicle damage, skid marks, traffic signs, and road conditions. Get names and phone numbers from witnesses. Request the official report from the responding agency. Seek medical care right away and keep discharge papers and bills. A personal injury attorney can review this evidence and explain available options.
