North Park, CA (May 4, 2024) – A pedestrian was injured Saturday night after being hit by a vehicle in North Park, authorities said.
According to the San Diego Police Department, a 32-year-old man was crossing 30th Street in the south crosswalk of University Avenue around 6:00 p.m. At that same time, police said a 32-year-old man driving a 2018 Toyota Camry northbound on 30th Street was approaching University Avenue when the incident occurred. The victim was transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the Traffic Division responded and will be handling the investigation.
