Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California
Pedestrian fatalities remain one of the most tragic types of traffic incidents in Riverside County and across California. Many occur at night or near busy intersections, where limited visibility and heavy traffic increase the risk of collisions. Losing a loved one in such a sudden way can leave families struggling with emotional pain, medical bills, and financial uncertainty.
Under California law, surviving relatives may file a wrongful death claim to recover damages for funeral expenses, emotional distress, lost income, and the loss of companionship and care. A skilled wrongful death attorney can help families navigate the legal process and ensure their rights are fully protected.
