Los Angeles, CA (September 1, 2024) – On Sunday, September 1, a collision on the 91 Freeway in Cerritos killed two people and injured two others, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash was reported at 6:40 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of the 91 Freeway between Interstate 605 and Studebaker Road, a SigAlert issued Sunday morning indicated. It involved three vehicles, CHP added. Officers have also not disclosed what may have led to the crash, but an investigation is still ongoing in the interim.
