Los Angeles, CA (June 26, 2024) – On Tuesday, officers with the Los Angeles Police Department were investigating the cause of a violent six-car collision that resulted in two vehicles rolling over at the scene, as well as the hospitalization of three individuals.
The incident took place at Orangethorpe Avenue and Beach Boulevard in Buena Park on Tuesday. According to Orange County Fire Authority firefighters, the crash was first reported by dispatchers at approximately 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue.
The events that preceded the collision are still unclear; however, firefighters have reported that they were able to rescue two of the victims after they became trapped in their vehicles. Three victims were transported to a nearby hospital, but the conditions of the individuals are currently unknown. An investigation remains active and ongoing in the meantime.
