Los Angeles, CA (January 23, 2024) – On Tuesday afternoon in Hacienda Heights, two officers with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department were sent to the hospital after a three-vehicle collision that also involved a UPS truck.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department said that the collision occurred just before 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, close to the intersection of Turnbull Cayon Road and East Poplar Avenue. According to the deputies, four total victims were hurt, but only two were hospitalized. The accident reportedly occurred when the UPS truck swerved in front of the LASD vehicle, though an investigation is still ongoing.
