Los Angeles, CA (April 27, 2025) – At least five people were injured in a two-car crash on April 27 in the harbor region of Los Angeles, officials confirmed. Details are limited, and it’s unclear exactly how the crash occurred, but officials with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the intersection of North Wilmington Boulevard and W. Opp Street just before 8:00 p.m.
There were early reports that a 3-year-old child was among the victims who required advanced medical treatment for their injuries, though officials have not yet confirmed that detail to police. It’s currently unknown if all five injured people were taken to the hospital and in what condition the patients were in. At least one ambulance was seen in news footage leaving the scene of the crash. Investigators haven’t confirmed if they believe alcohol and/or or drugs may have been a factor in the accident. We hope for the rapid and complete recovery of all the wounded individuals.
