Bakersfield, CA (September 25, 2023) – According to troopers with the California Highway Patrol, an accident occurred Monday afternoon on Oswell Street, close to the on-ramp for westbound Highway 178, leaving one person seriously injured.
At 4:15 p.m., a collision involving several vehicles occurred. According to the CHP website, at least one individual sustained serious injuries as a result of the wreck, which occurred near Bakersfield.
No further details were released, but the CHP is continuing to investigate.
