Anaheim, CA (April 12, 2024) – Authorities say that, shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, at least two drivers in Anaheim collided on southbound Interstate 5, resulting in injuries and traffic backups.
Per officials, the accident happened on the southbound side of the I-5, just before the Tustin Avenue exit and transition off-ramp. Speed may have played a part in the incident, but investigators have not yet ruled out all other causes. EMTs also transported at least one person to the hospital, though their current condition is unknown. The Anaheim Police Department requests that anybody with information on this incident contact them.
