What Documentation Should You Preserve to File an Injury Claim in California?
To file an injury claim in California after a plane crash, preserve medical records, hospital bills, flight details, insurance policies, and official investigation reports. These documents help show how the accident occurred and how the injuries affected daily life.
Medical evaluations, discharge summaries, and treatment plans create a clear timeline of care. Photographs of injuries and personal property damage can also support a claim. A personal injury attorney can review these records and explain what compensation may be available under California law.
