What Compensation Can Families Recover After a Fatal Crash in Hemet, CA?
When a loved one dies in a car accident, California law allows surviving family members to seek compensation through a wrongful death claim. Damages may include funeral costs, medical bills, lost financial support, and loss of companionship.
In California, families generally have two years from the date of death to file a wrongful death claim. Missing that deadline can keep the family from recovering compensation.
