San Diego, CA (May 9, 2024) – Authorities said that early on Thursday morning, a truck hit and injured a pedestrian, resulting in their hospitalization.
Around 6:45 a.m., according to the San Diego Police Department, police received a call reporting an accident near the junction of Cardin Street and Ronson Road in the Kearny Mesa area. Preliminary information indicated that a 40-year-old woman was hit while crossing the intersection by a white pickup truck. She was rushed to an area hospital, but no further information about her condition was provided. However, the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
