San Diego, CA (June 23, 2024) – Two people sustained life-threatening injuries Sunday morning when they were thrown from a rollover crash on a residential road in Fallbrook, officials said.
North County Fire Protection District Capt. John Choi said a third person was examined at the scene but declined medical care. Choi added that the crash was reported at 10:50 a.m. on South Hill Avenue near Merida Drive. It was not immediately clear how the wreck occurred, but medics airlifted the two people thrown from the car to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido. Their ages and other information about them was not available. However, an inquiry is still underway.
