San Diego, CA (July 31, 2025) – A motorcyclist suffered multiple serious injuries in a three-vehicle crash involving a pickup truck and a sports car in Pacific Beach on Wednesday evening, authorities said.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the collision happened shortly before 6:00 p.m. in the 2300 block of Grand Avenue, where traffic was moving slowly. The motorcyclist sustained a compound arm fracture, a fractured femur, and multiple fractures in his lower leg. Emergency responders transported the injured rider to a local hospital. It’s unclear if any other injuries were reported, however.
SDPD’s Traffic Division responded to the scene and is handling the investigation. Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has additional information to contact the department or call Crime Stoppers.
