San Diego, CA (January 27, 2025) – An early morning crash snarled traffic on Interstate 15 at the Interstate 8 connector, causing backups throughout uptown San Diego ahead of the morning commute on Monday, January 27.
The incident was reported around 3:22 a.m. in the area of the ramp from I-15 to I-8, according to California Highway Patrol logs. EMTs responded to the site of the crash a short time later. Those with injuries were transported to area hospitals.
