San Diego, CA (November 9, 2023) – On Wednesday, an elderly Hillcrest resident was struck by a vehicle and sent to the hospital.
At 3:20 p.m. on Pennsylvania Avenue South, a 74-year-old male was crossing 6th Avenue heading eastbound, as reported by the San Diego Police Department.
The elderly man had his pelvis fractured, his left arm broken, and his skull lacerated when he was transported to the hospital. He is expected to recover, however.
The SDPD’s Traffic Division is investigating the incident. Anyone with information regarding this crash is urged to call Crime Stoppers.
