San Bernardino, CA (January 14, 2026) – A fiery multi-vehicle crash in San Bernardino early Wednesday morning, January 14, left two people dead and several others injured. According to authorities, firefighters responded to the scene near Highland and Del Rosa Avenues at 7:15 a.m. to find three vehicles engulfed in flames, with occupants trapped inside.

Two people, each in separate vehicles, were pronounced dead at the scene. One woman was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the crash remains unclear, and authorities have not released further details.
