Riverside County, CA (February 27, 2026) – One person died early Friday morning, February 27, in a two-vehicle crash involving a big rig on the southbound I-215 Freeway in Riverside County.
The collision occurred around 5:15 a.m. on the southbound side of the freeway just south of Martin Luther King Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol. Authorities responded to reports of a serious accident involving a passenger vehicle and a large commercial truck.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene and found one victim who did not survive the crash. Officials have not released the identity of the deceased.
