Los Angeles, CA (May 13, 2026) – Three people were hurt on Tuesday morning, May 12, after a police pursuit in South Los Angeles ended in a crash. Officers initiated the chase at around 2:34 a.m. after suspects were reported to be armed with a gun.
The pursuit ended near the intersection of 47th Street and Budlong Avenue, where the suspects crashed into a parked van. Emergency units transported all three people involved (the two suspects and a woman who was inside the van) to a local hospital. Their conditions were not immediately confirmed.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
