Los Angeles, CA (March 22, 2025) – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on the Santa Monica (405) Freeway near Brentwood on March 22.
California Highway Patrol officers were called at 3:20 a.m. to the northbound Santa Monica (405) Freeway at the Skirball Center Drive exit, where they found a black four-door sedan, a blue Toyota Rav, a gold Toyota Corolla, and a gray Toyota had collided, according to CHP Officer Sergio Garcia.
The victim — whose name, age, and gender were not immediately known — was pronounced dead at the scene. According to witnesses from the scene, the victim was ejected from one of the vehicles in the crash. However, no further details were released, and an investigation remains ongoing.
