Los Angeles, CA (December 27, 2024) – According to local officials, one person died, and three additional victims were transported to the hospital after a major multi-vehicle crash in South Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, December 25.
The Los Angeles Police Department added that, around 1:55 a.m., a crash involving three vehicles took place at 250 West 53rd Street. Eight people were involved in the collision, the LAPD said.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while one of the individuals had to be extricated from a vehicle and was transported in serious condition. However, an investigation is ongoing, and no further details were reported. Anyone with information about the collision was asked to contact the LAPD in the meantime.
