Los Angeles, CA (October 7, 2025) – Emergency crews responded on Monday, October 6, to a hit-and-run crash with injuries at the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Balboa Boulevard in Van Nuys.
Authorities reported that a black vehicle struck another car in the busy intersection and then fled the scene.
