Los Angeles, CA (October 31, 2023) – On Tuesday morning, October 31, police said the Laurel Canyon exit from the southbound 101 Freeway was blocked after a major auto accident in the area.
Authorities say the incident happened after several drivers slammed into a vehicle that had stopped on the interstate just before 5:00 a.m. Officers added that there were a few medical transports from the scene, though the total number of victims involved remains unknown at this time.
Los Angeles Police Department officers are still investigating the cause of the collision and have not released additional details at this time. Witnesses were asked to step forward if they had information in connection with the event.
