Fire Accidents in California

Electrical workplace fires can cause life-changing burns in seconds. These injuries may harm skin, nerves, and breathing, and often require long hospital care, therapy, and time off work.

California law may let injured workers recover costs for treatment, lost pay, and ongoing care. If a third party caused unsafe conditions, they may also have a separate injury claim.

In situations like this, speaking with a personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles can help injured workers and their families understand whether someone outside the job site may be legally responsible for the fire.
