Los Angeles, CA (October 20, 2025) – Three people suffered injuries on Sunday, October 19, following a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 118 near the Interstate 405 interchange in Granada Hills.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), officers arrived just west of I-405 after receiving reports of a crash involving several vehicles, including a sedan and a Honda CR-V.
Emergency responders treated three injured individuals at the scene. Two were transported to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center for further care, while a third was taken to another nearby hospital.
Authorities have not yet determined what caused the collision, but the investigation remains active.
