Long Beach, CA (May 8, 2025) – Two people are dead after a head-on crash in Long Beach that took place on Wednesday morning, May 8.
Firefighters from the Long Beach Fire Department were called around 6:20 a.m. near 7th Street and Terraine Avenue. Investigators determined that a Honda Civic was speeding westbound on 7th Street when the driver lost control of the car and crashed into a Honda Accord, according to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD).
The two drivers were pronounced dead by first responders. However, the LBPD is investigating the cause of the crash, and no further details were released.
