Long Beach, CA (May 14, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a major multi-vehicle accident that occurred in the Washington School neighborhood. The incident took place at around 1:12 p.m. on May 14.
According to official reports, multiple vehicles collided on Long Beach Boulevard. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway near East Anaheim Street. Injuries were confirmed as a result of the crash. Multiple EMS units responded to the scene to care for victims and transport them to area hospitals. The crash is under investigation.
