Inglewood, CA (September 22, 2023) – At about 5:10 a.m. on Friday, September 22, Inglewood Police Department officers responded to a deadly pedestrian accident near the corner of Century Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
A 28-year-old Lennox woman was hit and killed in the incident. Officers added that the driver involved apparently fled the scene. The suspect was believed to be driving a Dodge Charger, which is likely to have front-end damage.
The Inglewood Police Department asks for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect while their investigation proceeds.
