Ontario, CA (April 29, 2026) – A deadly crash on the 15 Freeway killed one person early Tuesday morning, April 28, near Jurupa Avenue in Ontario. Emergency units responded just before 4:50 a.m. after reports of the accident on the southbound side of the freeway.
A white SUV and a work truck were involved in the collision. One person died at the scene. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain unclear.
