Ontario, CA (April 29, 2026) – A deadly crash on the 15 Freeway killed one person early Tuesday morning, April 28, near Jurupa Avenue in Ontario. Emergency units responded just before 4:50 a.m. after reports of the accident on the southbound side of the freeway.
A white SUV and a work truck were involved in the collision. One person died at the scene. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain unclear.
Emergency units closed most southbound lanes while authorities investigated. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
