Eastvale, CA (February 10, 2026) – A multi-vehicle accident involving a dump truck injured several people Monday morning, February 9, on the I-15 Freeway in Riverside County. The crash happened just south of State Route 60 on the northbound lanes through Eastvale.
Officials reported that shortly after 6 a.m., a fully loaded dump truck collided with at least one other vehicle, triggering a chain reaction crash.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
We hope for a full recovery of those injured.
Why Multi-Vehicle Freeway Crashes in California Often Lead to Injuries
In California, multi-vehicle crashes on busy freeways often cause injuries due to speed, limited stopping distance, and chain reactions. When large trucks are involved, the risk increases because of vehicle weight and cargo. Even secondary crashes can cause serious harm.
People injured in these accidents may suffer head injuries, back pain, or joint damage. Some injuries appear hours later, which makes medical checks important. Documentation from early treatment often helps connect injuries to the crash.
A car accident lawyer can help explain what options may be available after a multi-vehicle accident. Legal guidance can clarify how medical records, insurance communication, and documentation may apply.
