Truck Accidents in California
Crashes involving trucks and passenger cars often result in devastating outcomes. The sheer size and weight of box trucks mean that smaller vehicles and their occupants usually suffer the most severe damage. Victims and families can face hospital bills, long-term rehabilitation, funeral expenses, and the emotional toll of sudden loss.
These challenges highlight the importance of understanding legal rights after a crash. A seasoned truck accident attorney can investigate what caused the collision, determine liability, and pursue compensation for damages. Victims may recover costs for medical treatment, lost income, and pain and suffering.
