San Diego, CA (May 15, 2025) – Authorities today identified three men who died last weekend in San Diego-area traffic collisions.
Two of the deadly crashes took place Saturday, the first in eastern Chula Vista, according to the county Medical Examiner’s Office. The victim, 34-year-old Jeremy Valencia of San Diego, was in a motorcycle crash at Otay Lakes and Wueste Roads while on a group ride with friends and was transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at about 12:45 p.m., the county agency reported. Meanwhile, troopers with the California Highway Patrol are still investigating and have not released further details.
